Project Story

Lincoln Property Company was founded in 1965 as a developer and manager of high-quality residential communities. LPC's national reputation for successful management of our own properties quickly attracted a large client base of owners and investors who recognized the value that we could provide in development, property management and real estate consulting services.

Today, Lincoln Property Company is one of the most respected and diversified service firms in the United States, employing thousands of experienced, dedicated people who serve a growing client base that reaches coast-to-coast, as well as into Mexico and Europe.

How Embarc Helped

Local offices of the LPC organization in Boston and Washington DC engaged with Embarc to augment local marketing efforts. Goals of the projects included:

• Increase visibility in the Boston region with a better web presence/professional image.
• Exceed the current competition sites.
• Streamline the flyer production, delivery and management with Embarc EzUpdate Content Management and Embarc eResponse Email Marketing.
• Provide creative design and navigation development for the site.
• Provide personal level touch with Employee Profiles.
• Develop micro-sites for leading LPC properties: TheCampusAtMarlboro.com and BridgewaterCorporateCenter.com.
• Develop print collateral such as Year End Reports and postcard mailers.
